Hh797 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and hh797 ("Platform", "we", or "hh797"). They govern the use of all services offered by hh797, including Sports Betting, online casino, promotions, and any features made available on the website or mobile app.

By accessing hh797, registering, or using any feature of the platform, you expressly confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to them in full. Acceptance is required for any use of the platform — there is no partial or conditional use of hh797's services.

Hh797 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on hh797 and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• Not be listed on any national self-exclusion registry or hh797's own exclusion list;
• Not be an employee, family member of an employee, or business partner of hh797.

Each individual may hold only one account on hh797, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF or different CPFs to bypass restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any balances, bonus credits, or pending winnings.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. hh797 may request updated information at any time and may suspend an account while a review is in progress.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

Hh797 performs identity verification for all users as part of the account activation process and before releasing withdrawals above certain amounts. This process, known as KYC (Know Your Customer), is required by regulation and protects both the user and the platform against fraud, money laundering, and underage use.

To complete verification, the user may be asked to submit:

• Government-issued photo ID (Brazilian RG, CNH, or passport);
• Proof of residence issued within the last 90 days;
• Selfie holding your ID document, when requested;
• Proof of the payment method used, at hh797's discretion.

Verification is carried out securely, with all documents protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and handled in accordance with the LGPD. Accounts that have not been verified may have withdrawals suspended until the process is complete. hh797 is committed to processing verifications within 48 business hours of receiving the complete documentation.

4Deposits

Hh797 accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL (R$) with no currency conversion and no additional fees charged by the platform:

• Pix — primary method, credited in seconds, available 24/7;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — processed within 1 business day;
• Credit or debit card — from all major card networks;
• PicPay — instant credit;
• Mercado Pago — instant credit;
• TED Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other banks.

The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00. For other methods, the minimum amount may vary — check the deposit page in your account for the latest limits. hh797 does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrencies, or any payment method not listed above.

Deposits must be made by the account holder. The use of third-party cards or bank accounts is not permitted. hh797 reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts that use payment methods belonging to third parties.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at hh797 are processed primarily via Pix, with an average processing time of up to 5 minutes after the request is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00.

For a withdrawal to be approved, the user must:

• Have completed identity verification (KYC);
• Having met the rollover requirements for any active bonus on the account;
• Request a withdrawal to a bank account or Pix key linked to the same CPF registered on hh797;
• Have no pending bets using the balance to be withdrawn.

Hh797 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If fraud or irregularities are suspected, the platform may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing while the matter is investigated. The user will be notified by email in such cases.

TED withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. hh797 does not charge withdrawal fees, but any bank fees charged by financial institutions are the user's responsibility.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Hh797 offers regular promotions, including a welcome bonus of up to R$ 300.00 for new users, boosted odds on Brazilian classics, and weekly accumulator promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before activation.

The general conditions that apply to all hh797 bonuses include:

• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — only winnings generated after meeting the rollover requirement can be withdrawn;
• The rollover requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered) is described in each specific promotion;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 in any market do not count toward bonus rollover requirements;
• Each bonus validity period starts from the date it is credited to your account — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled;
• Each user is entitled to only one welcome bonus activation, regardless of how many accounts they hold (which would itself be a violation of these Terms);
• Hh797 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected, including placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same event to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk.

7Sports Betting Rules

Betting at hh797 covers more than 50 sports competitions, with highlights including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Premier League, La Liga, Superliga de Vôlei, and UFC. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• A bet becomes binding the moment you click "Confirm" on the bet slip. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation;
• Results are based on official sources from the federations and governing bodies of each competition;
• If an event is postponed and played on a different date from the original (any change of date), hh797 will refund the full amount wagered;
• If an event is permanently canceled, the wagered amount is refunded in full;
• In games with overtime, bets on the final result take into account the score after overtime, unless otherwise indicated in the specific market;
• Live bets are automatically closed when odds become unavailable due to a technical or editorial decision by hh797;
• In the event of an obvious odds error (odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical failure), hh797 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the amounts wagered, notifying the user by email.

8Online Casino & Games

Hh797 features a casino section with over 3,000 games, including slots, crash games, live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and other table games. The following terms apply specifically to casino use:

• All games are operated with Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes;
• Hh797's live casino tables operate with real dealers in a studio. Results are streamed in real time and are final;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed before each round begins;
• Crash games, such as Aviator, are entertainment games based on random multipliers — there is no guaranteed winning strategy;
• Progressive jackpots are distributed according to the specific rules of each game, available on the respective slot's page;
• Hh797 is not responsible for internet outages that cause disconnection during a round. In the event of a documented technical failure on the platform's end, the wagered amount will be refunded.

9User Conduct

By using hh797, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Providing false information during registration or any verification process;
• Creating more than one account or using third-party accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, or any tool that simulates human interactions on the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, loopholes, or system flaws to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data without authorization;
• Engaging in money laundering or any form of illicit financial activity through the platform;
• Place bets in collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes or improperly exploit promotions;
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Brazilian law.

Violations of these rules will result in account suspension or permanent closure, cancellation of bonuses and any balances derived from irregular activity, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

10Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time via the support chat or by emailing suporte@hh797.net. Before closure, any available balance (following verification of bonus rollover and pending bets) will be processed as a withdrawal to the registered account.

Hh797 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following cases:

• Violation of any item in these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illicit activity;
• Providing false information during registration or verification;
• Formal self-exclusion request submitted by the user;
• Order from a competent regulatory or judicial authority;
• Extended account inactivity, in accordance with the current internal policy.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, hh797 may retain any pending balances directly resulting from the identified breach. The user will be notified by email of the closure and the reasons for it, except where such notification could compromise an ongoing investigation.

Hh797's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. hh797 is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or unsubstantiated moral damages.

14Changes to These Terms

Hh797 may review and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant change will be communicated with a minimum advance notice of 7 calendar days through:

• Push notifications via the mobile app, where available.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at hh797.net/terms-conditions, with the date of the last revision indicated at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the legislation applicable to the sports betting and online entertainment market within the national territory.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to our support channel (suporte@hh797.net) for an amicable resolution within up to 15 business days. If the matter is not resolved amicably, the parties agree that the courts of São Paulo – SP shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any litigation, waiving any other venue, however privileged it may be.
